Booking Information

To secure your appointment, we require a £50 booking fee at the time of booking. This isn't an additional cost — it's simply deducted from the price of your treatment or consultation on the day. 
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 
 

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice: 

• 48 hours or more notice: your £50 booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded, where appropriate. 

• Less than 48 hours notice: the £50 booking fee is non-refundable. 

• Missed appointments (no-show): the £50 booking fee is non-refundable.

 Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, often for an extended slot, so late cancellations and no-shows mean we're unable to offer that time to another patient. This policy helps us keep our schedule fair and our standard of care consistent for everyone. 

If you'd like to book again after a late cancellation or no-show, a new £50 booking fee will be required to secure the appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances

We know that genuinely exceptional situations can arise. Any waiver or amendment to this policy is made at the discretion of Dr Uraiqat Aesthetics. Thank you for your understanding — it helps us continue offering the best possible care to all our patients.
